Why press ons? ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿผ

As a nail artist, acrylic sculpting will always be my first and forever love. However, I've come to realize there's actually a great deal of purpose and even downright need for press on nails. Here's what I have discovered through my own experience and the input of others.

  • Press on nails are a great option for busy people who dont have time to make it to the salon regularly. We all know how time consuming nail appointments can be.  Between work, school, kids, business, it can feel impossible to find time for yourself.

  • Press on nails give you the luxury of custom nail art shipped right to your door.

  • Press on nails are a way to give people who struggle with mental/physical reasons (as to why they cannot sit for extended periods of time) the ability to be included and feel beautiful.

  • Press on nails are perfect for health care/food service workers who cannot have nail enhancements in the workplace. Sticky tabs/easy removal make them the best option in these professions to enjoy during your weekends or time off.

  • Press on nails are the ultimate extra when it comes to an outfit change. Many people collect press on looks as part of their wardrobe. If you're a fashionista like me, who loves to change your look on the daily, weekly, on vaycay, whatever level of extra it might be, then press ons are for you.

  • Press on nails are perfect for special events, photo shoots, gifts, cosplay, art display, niche nail art designs etc.

  •  The type of nail art that we tend to see on instagram created by independent nail artists, usually isn't replicated as easily within walk in shops. This is exactly why I decided to start doing nails, to create the art I wanted to see.

  • Press on nails give you creative freedom to step outside of your comfort zone without having to commit to longer wear unless you want to -  press on nails give you the options to have those large charms, glitter, and flashy colors etc with the ability to take the nails off easily - which is excellent for those with sensory issues might I add.

  • Buying press ons from an independent artist is not like buying press ons from the drug store. Drug store press ons are thin and they legit suck, high quality products and the attention to artistic detail sets independent nail artists like me apart.

  • When taken care of (remember your nails are jewels not tools) your press ons can be reusable.

  • I love art and including people, press ons definitely give everyone the ability to sit with us! <3
